This is approximately a 25-mile B/C level ride with average speeds 11-12mph depending on rider ability.  The ride is mostly flat with a mix of paved trails, boardwalks and roads.  Portable toilets at start and along the route with Primary rest stop at about the halfway point at Panera Bread, Holiday station or similar.  The ride starts at Alpine Park in Ramsey, exploring the Lake Itaska and Trott Brook Trails before heading south through Elmcrest Park and returning to Alpine Park.

Note: Alpine Park is north on Sunfish Lake Blvd from Hwy 169/10.  Take Sunfish Lake Blvd north from Hwy 169 to Alpine Dr.  Go left (west) on Alpine Dr. to the first driveway on your left.  Don't follow your GPS past that drivway or you'll miss the lot and have to turn around.
