This is a variation of Don Hopkins' 4 Trails by 4 Lakes breakfast ride from a few years ago. The ride starts from Autumn Grove Park in Roseville and uses the Reservoir Woods, Trout Brook, Gateway and Bruce Vento Trails. There will be a pit stop about 9 miles into the ride and a food stop at Taste of Scandinavia in Little Canada, about 5 miles from the finish. The last time we stopped there they had a staffing shortage and we could not order cooked food, but they always have a good selection of bakery items to choose from. This is a mapless, follow-the-leader ride, however you can preview the route, download it to your phone, or print your own map by using the Ride with GPS link. Our average moving speed will probably be between 10 and 11 mph, and the route does have some hills although the biggest one goes down. Note the early start time -- we're trying to beat the heat. 

Meet at Autumn Grove Park at the corner of Hamline and Lydia in Roseville, where restrooms and water are available in the park building. If there is other activity at Autumn Grove, we will park along the street and leave the parking lot spaces open for other users.
