This is a mostly flat, social no-drop ride on a mix of trails and roads.  B/C average of 12-13mph or faster depending on rider abilities.  We start at Coon Rapids Dam, work our way west to Elm Creek Park for a rest stop there at 11 mile mark.  We ride through Elm Creek Park to our rest stop at Culvers at the 18-mile mark for a  food/ice cream break.  We then continue east back to the dam. Rest rooms and water available at scheduled rest stops.
